All payments are handled through Ikigai Visual Studio LLC. Deposits made for project bookings are non-refundable unless clearly stated otherwise. If a scheduled payment is late or missed, the Designer may pause the project until the account is current. Delays caused by late payments, missing information, or lack of Client responsiveness are not the responsibility of the Designer.
